air in power steering

new power steering pump fluid coming out overflow hose assume air move wheel left to right still sounds like low on fluid 91 southwind vin#721Lm4446831 vehicle#1GBKP37N6M3312906 is there another way to bleed system thanks anyone

    Is the fluid foamy? You might have an air leak on the intake side. Full crank side to side is how you bleed it.

    While maneuvering very slowly, turn the wheel from lock to lock. If that doesn't do it then you have other problems.
