Short answer is yes.
I don't know if you have a diesel or not. If not, a small pump such as used by the car guys who run air suspension will run off 12V.
The swivel, seat, and seat platform may require some modifications to get the bolt holes to line up. Put the swivel on top of the air base, between the base and the seat.
The swivel is about 2.5 inches thick. Take that into consideration when looking at dimensions of the base and seat. You don't want the lowest position to be one where your brides feet won't touch.
