I really like the idea of finding a truck repair place
. I got turned down by a lot of car places - even an rv place. I've got my eye on a diesel repair place in Cookeville called Walker's Diesel owned by 2 brothers. I'm going to drop by and talk to them even if I get it done with my friend.
Thanks - my RV is old (1984) but I really like it and want to get it whipped into shape.
It's not a bad job - I've dropped the lower control arms on tons of cars. But the motorhome is so imposing. I don't like being underneath it! I have appropriate sized jackstands and a level, paved surface but it's still unnerving. Not that I could bench press a car if I had to, so what's the difference?
