All Terrains on a Class C?
We just purchased an 06 Tioga 31w in need of tires. With only 12k on the original Michelin LTX's, they have plenty of tread left, but quite a bit of cracking. Since we have animals to deal with at home, most of our trips will be 2 or 3 day ventures, relatively close to home. So we wont be putting a lot of miles on the rig, maybe a thousand or two a year.
I was thinking of getting AT tires instead of the standard highway rubber. Nevada has a LOT of long dirt/gravel roads we may venture down for dry camping. I haven't read much about anyone using AT's so hopefully someone has suggestions. I was looking at Falken Rocky Mountains as the price is super reasonable. Hate to spend a ton on tires that wont get much highway use. Any advice is appreciated.
