Nearly all front entry rigs we've been in and ours have power seat adjustments. We keep the passenger seat far back so it's easy to get in and out of the door rather than put it forward then have to go back to get out the door, then repeat for every stop. I sit back that far all the time and find it more comfortable especially with the footrest up. I have no issues taking photos from the seat in any position.
At 1st it does feel odd to be sitting further back than the driver but...we got used to it.
