I'm a fan of No Wet which is a waterless cleaner/wax. Just today, I was experimenting with using my Swobbit handle/head to apply this stuff so I don't have to use a ladder. I tried wrapping a cloth around the Swobbit gizmo but it doesn't work well.
I will look into this gizmo. Can you use any dry wash/wax with it or only their formula? I still have 2 gallons of No Wet.
