I have done my last fiver and my new MH with a 5 gallon Home Depot bucket. A squeegee with a spongy on one side, attached to a painters extension pole. I can make it as short as I can or extend it easily to reach the top of the MH without a ladder whatsoever.
Just about 4 gallons of water and 1/2 cup of vinegar (or less). Bugs come of along with the dirt. Not to mention the windows come spotless. You wash little sections at a time then squeegee off the water. Wipe where needed.
I just did the MH today. It does come spotless! Done this for years due to hard water and water spots. You can get the bucket, vinegar, pole and squeegee for probably under $20. Save yourself some money.
