A well built motor home from a reputable mfg, I don't see a problem. We've certainly been happy with our 20 year old Safari; a well built coach from a reputable mfg. Full body paint, been kept indoors most of its life. Just finishing up a 6 month trip on the road covering 7000 miles.
Just be ready for stuff to break. Probably nothing big. For instance, the only part of the toilet that started this trip is the bowl. Everything else has been replaced.
I don't get hung up on new and cool. I haven't bought a new car since 1987, buying 3 year olds coming in off a lease instead. So, if the coach is that nice, you trust the dealer and it's the floor plan you can live with, let someone enjoy your Georgetown
