Newmar is a quality manufacturer and that age would not concern me, especially with maintenance records. The Spartan chassis is also a high end chassis, but less available service centers than the Freightliner. However, most any heavy truck facility can work on it. I think it is 8 1/2 feet wide, so keep that in mind.
