An interesting concept
I read this and I see no reason why they could do the same thing with Class A's as well as trailers. Sort of possibility for someone that may want to pick up some extra money by renting out their unit...

I do see some problems especially with electric supply. Most residences would not have 30 amp outlet for the trailer. A/C would blow the breaker with absolutely anything else on the circuit.
