This is what we do:
Drain water heater, leave plug out.
Drain all holding tanks and open low point drains.
Blow out water lines with 45 psi air, opening each fixture one at a time until only air runs out. Don't forget outside shower and toilet lines.
I leave all faucets open.
Fill each p-trap and toilet with RV anti freeze.
I do not use anti freeze in lines or holding tanks.
