This time of year there shouldn't be a wait at HWH since this is not their peak season. Worth a shot to call them. They have excellent customer service. We took our RV to the factory in Moscow IA for service. They were excellent! There are HWH service centers listed on their website. New Horizon RV in San Mateo is listed there.
