I am also another satisfied buyer of a 2008 Tioga 31m from El Monte RV in San Bernardino, Ca. I got about 15 pages of documentation of all the services the motorhome received. I also got five new tires to replace the recalled Michelin tires. They service and maintain their rentals more meticulously than any private owner would have. The engine, a V10 Triton e450 runs like a fine Swiss watch. And no, it was not beat up by the renters. I think the micro wave was not even used once. At 106,000, it does have high mileage, but that just means it was actively used and did not sit around waiting for someone to ask her to dance!!
