That's a horse van. It looks neat. And the current owner dumped 30K into it. It would probably take another 25K to make it a decent RV. If I had the time and the money, maybe. But I don't.

That would make a great toyhauler!
All it would take is time and money. One of those I have lots of, the other not so much...
