I've had 2 LD, an 04 24', & 06 26' MB. Had the 26’ in weather down to 13°F, not by choice, but it happened. I had insulated under both beds, but it still was a chore for the furnace to maintain temperature. Nothing but the occupants froze up.
I wanted to buy a new 26’ (now 27') but wanted them to leave out the dinette, just leave it out, no price adjustment, but they wouldn't, take it or leave it, I left it. I've had motorhomes since 1977, now have a Foretravel, and have never seen a better plumbing, electrical, and gas installation. The one thing I would caution about is "Lake Newton". This is a low spot in the roof above the driver, both of mine came equipped with it.
