The above LD comments reminded me of something.
Our small Class C has the rear corner bed ... a design that Lazy Daze does not offer. The water heater and the fresh water tank reside in the volume under the corner bed.
Also under the bed are two furnace hot air duct tubes. One ends to blow onto the kitchen floor area and the other ends to blow onto the shower/toilet room floor area. In cold weather whenever the propane furnace is running, this under bed area is kept warm by these hot air tubes.
I wonder if this isn't a cold weather advantage of the classic small Class C rear corner bed floorplan?
