Any Newmar 3911 feed back out there?

I'm looking at a retirement purchase, and planning ahead the 3911 looks like it would be spot on. I just have not been able to talk to any current owners, to get any pros or cons on the unit. I'm mobile with a rolling walker, for any length of time.
  • You might want to post on a Newmar owner's site such as on iRV2.com.
  • I have crossed the Rockies several times and most USA pulling a Jeep and have been very satisfied with my 38' Newmar. Ford makes different F53 chassis....get the 24,000 lb. or 26,000 lb. chassis with 22.5 tires and it is a quality chassis.
  • I had a 2000 Newmar Mountainaire 39.5 ft. It is in fact a lot of motorhome for the V-10. I will say this....it will handle just fine on flat lands, but Monarch Pass was a bugger of a ride...not to mention the heat and noise from the engine being front mounted. It is a good coach though. I now own a 2001 Newmar Mountainaire 41 ft. with a Cat. diesel. I wish you the very best with whatever your decision might be.

Awesome concept that they would make a wheelchair accessible production RV. My only concern would be that it's a lot of MH on a gasser chassis. I never knew they made a 40' gasser. That's huge. I know the f53 and V-10 is bullet proof but it seems like it would be pushing it's limits if not past it.
