- dezolenExplorerMy DW was only 52 when we were able to afford a new Class A
- DachristianmanExplorer44. Had the Class A for about 5 years now. In my opinion, there is no better way to travel with young kids. Shame on me, but I couldn't justify strapping my kids in the back seat for a move from Alaska to Virgina....so we bought a used Class A. One of the best decisions ever. I'm looking to upgrade here in the near future, so I hope to be enjoying this for years to come. Can't imagine that anyone would want to sleep on a hotel bed that thousands of different people have slept on. Maybe I'm just weird.
My 38 year old nephew and his family just purchased their first Class A also. - Sprink-FitterExplorer

I've owned my Discovery since I was 38. Us "younger" class A owners are out there but most of the people I see in my age bracket have toyhaulers and a bunch of ATVs or motorcycles. I suspect that once the kids get a few years older and family simplifies a lot of them will sell the toys and move to a Class A.
Not us, once the kids moved out we bought toy hauler to haul the toys, we might be old in our 50's but we ain't dead, we are having fun now. - Y-GuyModeratorWe've had our Class A for 7 years now, well under 55. We have one kid in college the other will be in another year. I've camped with several other Class A owners, all with kids ranging from Preschool to High School.
- wolfe10ExplorerHad several smaller RV's over the years.
Bought our first Class A (a DP) at 49. - donandmaxExplorerDon't you hate it when some guy refers to his wife as "the wife" like she was some inanament (however you spell it) object..My wife calls me "The Donald" and I hate that too.I'm 80 yrs old and get no respect.(ala Rodney Dangerfield) Age has nothing to do with what you drive. Drive what ever you want..Only folks over 80 should drive class A's though...(sometimes my b.s. cracks me up)
- Mr_Mark1ExplorerI was 48 when we bought our first coach which was a class A just before my 49th in 2007. I ordered our second class A at 55 yrs. old and turned 56 during the build process. Just like the odometer, the age and miles keep turning so have fun!
MM. - RBabbExplorerMy wife's 23, recon that'd make her the younger class A owner?
- ferndaleflyerExplorer IIIWhere I go nearly everyone is on the young side----I don't join "clubs" etc but the race tracks I go to have a lot of young people and class "As"....kind of affected by the activities you attend. To me most clubs were like HOAs---to many rules!!!!!
