I have been to Ft Wilderness 5 or 6 times. I've never had anyone offer to escort me to my site. I've never been there in my 40 ft MH. I had a 27 ft 5er then and it was pretty easy but the roads back to the spaces are narrow and crowded with bicycles, trash cans kids and cars. In addition there are numerous cans fences and other things lining the roads making it difficult to maneuver. Hopefully the Class A spots are easier but I would be concerned in my newness driving the Beast through there. Yes I'm a Class A newbie. Happy camping!
