I have tho, come up on a system which does allow ne to safely back our forty footer into just about any where, with one or perhaps 2 jumps outside to check things out.
It's not terribly hard, and beats the he!! out of watching people who have no clue wave their arms.
Ha! I love when you start to back into your site and two or three well meaning neighbors coming running over to "assist" (although I don't really need it). One is waving arms while the other is flapping arms. Then, one signals you to keep coming back while the other is signally you to stop! The classic is when they start trying to signal you as to which way to turn the wheel, and each is signalling an opposite direction of rotation!:B I just go about doing my thing and make sure that I don't run over one of the "helpers" in the process.
Most importantly...GO SLOW.
