Anybody have a Dehco dishwasher?

We have one and we use it to store our dishes in. Works great freeing up a lot of cupboard space

Yes, Doug, that's correct.
For some reason, Newmar, only offers that option in Dutch Star and higher end coaches. Before we installed it, we made sure there were no technical reasons, such as electrical or weight on the kitchen slide, that it shouldn't be done.

Zeke, I have never been able to figure out how to post pictures here, either!
The dishwasher actually is a Vesta drawer model. The Fischer-Paykel would not fit in the space we have.
We haves used the Vesta for several months and so far are pleased. It is a bit small, so we are using smaller plates, but have no complaints. The loss of 2 drawers might be a problem for some folks, but we have plenty of other storage.

when u were looking at ordering a new coach would the dealer not tell you what style it is? Most all Rv dish washers are drawer when factory installed but maybe this Newmar Dealer installs something different. Factory installs are usually most always fisher&paykel

Personally I would go with a factory installed fisher& paykel drawer model they work great and are very good product

Never heard of them. But searched and found they are built by Frigidare. Most common built in Dishwasher in motorhomes is the Fisher/Paykel. But it appears the Dehco is cabinet top to floor and bigger. The Fisher/Paykel is a "Drawer" mount and about 1/2 the size of the Dehco. The Dehco will accommodate more dishes than the Fisher/Paykel. So, do you want a drawer type or do you want to lose the extra drawers and cabinet space with the Dehco? Both are about the same price. Doug

I don't own one but I have a couple photos... it is a drawer style dish washer not residential. This is a stupid way of attaching photos, so I don't know if you will get the photos or not. But it is a drawer style.
