As for the bike yeah just rap the throttle it gets their attention.
I want it loud enough for when some idiot cuts right out in front of us to scare the $%#* out of them ! lol
Or sitting at a light and when it turns green they are still just sitting there texting / talking on the phone and NOT paying attention... ;)
