I've never had any dealings with them but, if I needed something I don't think I would hesitate to purchase their products.Some of the truck seats would look great in my old 91 F-150. Too bad the seats are worth more than the truck. :(

I have replaced the couch and recliner in my rig and used Shop for Seats. I couldn't be more pleased. They don't stock the items. You order and they build to your order. The time was much faster than I expected (less than 4 weeks from order to delivery). They were shipped from California to my home in Maryland. They arrived right on time and were in perfect condition due I suspect to the excellent packing. Be prepared to unwrap a seemingly unending roll of plastic. The materials all seem to be first class and they will send you fabric samples if you ask but the colors on their web site seemed accurate to me. I highly recommend them.

If you are putting it in an RV, and you want shoulder seat belts. Then make sure of 2 things:They are an approved DOT supplier AND prior to you placing an order, they request the following information from you: VIN and photos of your current seats. Otherwise you can end up with a seat/captain chair with no seat or shoulder belt.

I purchased a sofa this spring, picked it out and ordered it at their plant. Picked it up and they even stuck it inside my coach for me, great service, good product.
But, they are now offering credenzas, desks and tables for RV's. We emailed them and they said come and have a look. When we arrived the young lady (Ashley) had no clue what we were talking about. Finally they found a credenza in the shipping department.
If I had ordered this online and had it shipped, when I opened it I would have been very upset. The cherry colour was almost bright red, the fit and finish were absolutely terrible.
I expressed my displeasure with Ashley and I just got this dumb look.
These furniture items are built elsewhere and shipped in but are no where close to the quality of their sofas and chaires that are assembled in house. They are not a small operation, they have 98,000 square feet in La Habra.

After much thought and contemplation, I have decided to purchase a new sofa sleeper from Simplicity Sofas and the model I will be buying is the TIMOTHY Sofa Sleeper with the Queen Mattress.

We removed the existing sofa sleeper today and will be talking to Simplicity Sofas about details on our replacement. We ordered three fabric samples and are now awaiting those.
