- the_bear_IIExplorerLike the others have said it was the MH to own at the time.
Concern on something that old is how well was it maintained...especially preventative maintenance. - bdpreeceExplorer IIBack in the 80s Vogue was one of THE motorhomes to own. Not sure I would pay that much for it. If it is in decent shape I personally would offer around 10. At that age service records are important. Check the age of the tires as they most likely will need to be replaced a somewhat major expense. Will probably also need all new belts and hoses.
- PogoilExplorerYes very high quality and 300 HP. for an 88 was a big deal.
Very nice RV. by the way. Good luck.
Pogoil. - kalynzooExplorerIn 1984 we camped out with friends watching the Olympic Torch Run in Los Angeles. We had our Holiday Rambler then and they had a new Vogue. It was indeed a luxurious motorhome. I'm not sure what happened to the brand during the consolidation of the RV industry, but as an example of why it is hard to follow: Our Holiday Rambler, which was an original company, sold to Harley Davidson, which has since sold a few more times. But in 1984 Vogue was in vogue.
