I have used WipeNew on our Jeep Liberty, on an area of an unpainted gray plastic fender where in a parking lot, someone scuffed it with their vehicle, a minor hit-&-run incident. The product seems to "etch" or melt the plastic back into like-new condition. Because our Liberty is garage kept, it has been lasting a number of years now.
If WipeNew is melting the plastic via a chemical reaction, it wouldn't be wise to do a whole motor home without first trying it in a small area you won't see, as you are planning.
