Aqua Hot

I have a 2003 Monaco Exec 40 ft. The Aqua hot was not warming the living area or the bathroom, the bedroom was toasty warm. Took it in and they found one leaking pump out of 3 pumps. They replaced it and put antifreeze( about 8 gallons)back in. The aqua hot fires up and gets hot, problem is the living area and bathroom are still cold. any ideas what is going on????

Thanks for the advice so far! The RV shop has done both these things. The Aqua Hot Tech seems to think there is a air lock somewhere in the system. Any ideas?

Ok in your first post you never mentioned they replaced the valve hence my remark >> It very well could be assuming your sure the valve is functioning and the pump is running that only leaves one option "air lock" but why would a repair shop give you back your MH when they obviously never fixed the problem?? seems odd to me
DOES the "Fan" come on in the zone that's not heating??????

Also, there is a reset button on the Aqua Hot itself that you have to use the end of a paper clip to reset.

Good luck, Aqua Hots are great heaters!

the reset has nothing to do with one zone not heating; the reset button controls the entire unit operation

you had a idiot work on it is what happened. The one way boiler fluid valves that control heat to each zones stick. all you have to do is tap on it and they usually start to work or if worried of it repeating install a new one; I usually run mine in the early fall late summer just to make sure there working; I had one do this about 5 years ago and its never stuck since

There are check valves above the pumps that are know to stick closed. Tapping on them with the wooden handle of a hammer should unseat them. Anyone who works on AH should know this.
