are ambulance huts interchangable w/ RV huts?

I'm concidering obtaining a Chevy 3500 series express G3 it was a ambulance that has the rear hut section removed.

can I buy a wrecked B class RV and swap the hut onto the 3500?

like are the 2 huts interchangeable?

also how much horsepower doe's the chevy G3 V8 desil have

  • Remember, RVs are built from the frame, floor up. Its not just a simple matter of unbolting from the frame and boltingmit back on. There is electrical, plumbing, and gas that also need to be moved. Then comes the over cab portion that needs to be adapted and sealed. Like I said, possible, not practical.

  • By huts are you asking if the living portion of a class C motor home could be transplanted from one chassis to another? Anything is possibld. It only takes time and money. Lots of both!
