Are my turn signals invisible?

I ran into a couple "idiots" somewhere in KY. I put my signal on, but they thought I was just checking my turn signal because they ignored it. I was in the right lane of a 3 lane hwy with construction cutting it down to 2, they were in the middle lane so they had the entire other 3rd lane to themselves, they thought they didn`t need. Well it took a few seconds for them to realize they needed it!
