Some people might consider Craigslist a scam site... to each his/her own there.
As for the motorhome pictured, I'd be really checking it closely for overhead cab leaks. That front window tends to be a bad design, unless it is the type that is molded into a fiberglass cap so there is no seam for water to get through.
