Are these units trouble free ??

Usually, a flooded RV cannot pass the 'smell test', IOW, you can smell it.

I would be leery if any vehicles after a major flooding event. There was reports that many states do not require previous owners state whether it was flooded.
Sure it doesn't appear to have any but?

I would not click on something that I do not know. It could be a scam site or worse yet it could infect your computer

Only a few thousand things you should check. I am fairly sure if you check them yourself you will miss something. I strongly suggest you htav the rig checked over by a qualified shop with nothing to gain or lost by an honest thorough evaluation.

Looks to be very nice condition and low miles for the price. If you can't do it yourself, have it inspected by a qualified RV technician before you bid on it. (money well spent) Can't see the tire condition from the photos. At the given mileage, the tires should have been replaced at least once and be fairly new. Look carefully for delamination issues, roof condition/leaks, and previous accident damage. Make sure the refrigerator and the genny work.
