Ariston washer throwing F-10 error code

2016 Winnebago Meridian 42 E

Hello everyone

Our Ariston washer is throwing an F 10 error code. As far as I can tell, this is either a kinked discharge hose, or a pinched water inlet hose. I have cleaned the motor 'filter' located at the bottom of the washer, but, it is still throwing the error code. My question is how do you access the drain and fill hoses?

Do I have to tear the entire washer/dryer cabinet apart? Or is there some secret access panel that I am missing?

Thanks
  • Unless the wood shelf above the Washer comes loose(rare), you have to pull the Washer out of the cabinet to access anything from the back. USUALLY, there is enough slack on the Water Hoses and drain hose to pull it out. BUT, they sometimes use wire ties to secure the Water hoses and the drain hose to the down pipe. You just have to cut the Wire ties. The washer is extremely ungainly and heavy and requires 2 people to safely pull it out. Make a cover(heavy masking tape) for the front wood Fascia of the cabinet to prevent damage to the wood. Any possible access panel will not be large enough to do any check out. They are usually there to turn the Water Valves OFF and unplug and plug in the Washer. Doug
