Ariston Washer / Dryer Quesitons

Question

We have a new Tiffin Allegro RED with Ariston washer and dryer. We have never had a washer and dryer in a motorhome, and we used them for the first time yesterday. We have a couple of newbie questions about their behavior:

1. The washer vibrated the rig quite a bit when it was spinning. Is that normal?

2. The dryer stopped spinning briefly every so often and then quickly restarted. Is that normal?

Yes, and yes.We had the combo in our previous coach and this stacked unit is 100% better.  The dryer will shake somewhat if the load is not completely balanced...no big deal.Enjoy.Ron

Don't think it matters if balanced or not still shakes. When the dryer stops it reverses direction. We have the stacked units

The washer should not really vibrate the rig that much. Some vibration is normal, but if it shakes the complete rig, then it is not mounted correctly. Take it back to the dealer and have them check it out. We are a Tiffin dealer and yes, we have had to remount and secure some of these for your type problem. Doug
