If you really think prices could triple over the next 10 years, buy oil futures and you won't have to worry about it. There would be a barn load of cheap used motor homes sitting around on dealer's lots if that were to happen, trailers would probably sell as people would be living in them. The "middle class" retirees if on a fixed income would be lucky to afford food, heat, and electricity let alone going camping or traveling. There would be plenty of seats available on air flights also. There would be such a significant cost impact on everything that crime would most likely get out of control. Buys those guns and ammo while you can. Enjoy your RV while you can. OP see what you started, everyone is going to be depressed over this topic and will be selling their RV's to buy and hoard gold.
