Hey great link. Except I think you forgot to update the US dollar to Canadian Rate. It currently takes 1.08 to buy a US dollar, not the .98 they use for an example. So the numbers at 1.34 per litre as he mentions are 4.70 per US gallon. Canadian gallons are irrelevant as no one uses them anymore.
