Atwood Furnace problems

I have a new 2014 Thor ACE with an Atwood furnace. On our way home from Florida Sunday when we stopped for the night we had to use the furnace. It works fine until the thermostat is satisfied, then when the thermostat calls for heat again the furnace will try to light three times and does but immediately goes back out, then it locks out. When I reset it, it will work fine for one cycle.. I have tried it a few times since we have been home and still the same problem. I know its still under warranty but I thought if it was something simple it would save me the time and trip to my dealer. Any ideas? Thanks Roy

    Yes, I was connected to shore power.
