UPdate on he black marks from the fire. I had some bug and black streak remover just for RVs and it worked fine in removing the black soot. I ordered a new heater on Amazon for $317 and it is newer and better than the old one. It does not come with a door but that is fine since my door is good. Just have to get to those water connections.
