Audible battery low warning system? Does it exist?
I've looked online for an audible house battery low warning system and the things that pop up are confusing to me. None of them seem like what I'm looking for..a simple, inexpensive, audible warning when my house batteries get to 50%. I have lights that tell me a general guess but checking them is not always an option and sometimes the "deadly drain" will happen at night when we are sleeping.
We travel working at Costcos. Our events are 10 days long so sometimes we sit all day, then drive 2 blocks to park for the night, wake early and get 2 blocks drive time back to Costco. It's not enough to charge the system after day 5 or 6. Gene is still down. I have the points to replace but have to find the time. By the way, does running the engine charge exactly the same as running the gene or do I actually have to be driving? Not that I want to continue running the engine in stationary modes but wondering all the same.
