On Sept 20 a drunk person rear ended us in our 2013 Toyota Tacoma.The truck rolled one and a quarter times..it is surely totalled..Insurance company is not in a big hurry to settle this,,..The Toyota ...

I would think that your insurance will make you 'whole' and that they will go after the drunk.
Glad that you both were OK. Did all of the airbags deploy on rollover?

On edit: I mis-read your post to say the 'offender' didn't have insurance but you said the truck he borrowed DID have insurance. It will be interesting to see how it turns out. Keep us posted.
