Which insurance company? If you haven't already, you need to get your insurance company involved. At least for the damage to the truck you want your own company handling it because they know in the end their getting their money back and they know you're their customer and they want to keep you happy. They'll be much more likely to treat you right and then they send it to subrogation to get the money back from the other company.
