BAd driver

um....I was rear-ended one time. Insurance company said to NOT settle for a year, but they had my car fixed and paid for that (you should be given a rental). When you settle, you can't come up with new charges. What I mean is.....3 months after I was hit my neck started acting up --whiplash as a result of the accident. THOSE charges for the neck problem went to the guy that hit me. Had I settled before that, I'd have been out of luck. So talk with your agent and ask him what's going on and if he feels as my agent did. :) BTW -- by claiming the pain and suffering later on.....my kids got taken to Disneyland. :) :)AND the doctors and car repairs were paid off. :)
