Regarding the ins. for "uninsured" motorists..... We're in Oregon and I was hit by an uninsured (and illegal) motorist. My insurance paid for dr. bills and car repair and as I said earlier, my "pain and suffering". The ins. co. DID go after the uninsured jerk and actually got the money from him to be paid back....AND got my deductible back, too!!! (took 2 yrs...LOL)
