My insurance is Central,other vehicle is Allstate..Both seem to be ignoring me,it will be two weeks saturday this happened.My insurance said they would take care of me then go after the other ins.
That's because you weren't the customer, the other driver was. Allstate is going to do whatever they can not to pay you and delaying is a tactic often used by insurance companies.
