I've been waiting for my blood pressure to subside before writing one final note to conclude this experience and I am now able to civilly tell you that it took just over (5) weeks to get my coach back, that the original Servicer Manager was Fired, and Corporate evidently got involved in a Service Dept. reorganization. I can say that my service advisor and the new management did their best working with Winnebago (and Cornerstone Ex Warr.) to get to the bottom of a major slide problem that would retract only intermittently and always displayed error codes. They ended up replacing the front motor, the control module, and something with the wiring harness. I really hope that this has done it: as we are leaving on a long planned 6 week trip, with approx. 20 stops.
