Roadmaster, Blue OX and Ready Brake make excellent products. I use Roadmaster Brackets/Base Plates, Blue Ox Aventa Tow Bar and the Ready Brake. All work well in concert with each other.
I just recently purchased Roadmaster baseplates and tow bar adapter (Blue Ox Towbar to Roadmaster Base plates) I would recommend paging through a recent thread I had running in the "Dinghy Towing" forum with regard to a couple of online dealers that you might want to avoid.
