Bottom line: If you do have a written warranty, you should end up on top of this .. eventually.
All I can see on those blue tops back under there, is X-POWER.
Don't think it was a company sponsored warranty, but a Manager special at the time. Naturally they choose not to remember or keep records of that sort. I believe the norm was for 48mons on these.
The only problem with them is for not holding up like they should for just an overnight stay, but again, their not disputing it and I have that in writing as well.
