i have found group 31 batteries for a little over 100.00 each and they are 12 volt is this a good price for these and they will be going in a 2005 winnabago vectra with a 8.9isl engine

With those readings, as long at they are after the batteries have been fully charged, you DO need new batteries.
Is your coach set up to keep the chassis batteries charged when on generator and/or shore power?
