Battery backup (UPS) for computer while on house batteries?

Hey all! We're about to start doing some nice electrical upgrades so that we'll be able to run on house batteries a lot more (inverter, more batteries, etc)... I'm going to start carrying at least...

I like APC-PRO line of TRUE SINE UPS units..But...

Why not just install an inverter 500-1000 watts should be able to run both your computers (long enough for a safe shutdown at least 1500 to 2000 add the Microwave

Batteries required are 1 pair Golf Car GD-2 per 1,000 watts or more.
