what kind of battery can I replace my house battery with, does it matter weather I used a car battery or marine battery

Dan, spend an hour reading about batteries and RVs. "(D)oes it matter weather I used a car battery or marine battery?" is just such a basic question. Yes, it matters, and "marine" batteries aren't really what you need but certainly not a "car" battery.
