When a motorhome is on the road it is a vehicle. Same laws to search it apply as applies to a vehicle, and a warrant is rarely required to search a vehicle, just probable cause. When a motorhome is in a campsite set up for camping, it is a house. Same rules apply as apply to a house and that means a warrant is usually required except under certain conditions.
