Best Cab over Bunk - Most height and headroom?

Does anyone know which models have the most height/headroom in the cab over bunk? We have been looking at photos, but's it is tough to tell. Unfortunately we don't see this measurement in most spec...

Our Jayco Greyhawk has good headroom in the cab over bunk. I am 5'11" and I can sit up straight on the cab over bunk. We put a queen memory foam topper on the bunk and there is room around the topper on all sides. The cab over bunk is not quite as wide as a king bed, but it is longer than a king bed.
